I'm so pleased with these slip-on trainer style shoes. An initial problem with the size (too small) I returned them to Pavers and a larger size was immediately on its way to me. My normal shoe size is 7. I ordered a 7 and it was far too small. I had to send them back and reorder in an 8 which is bizarre. They sent me another pair of 7s. I complained and they didn't offer me compensation. Customer services are awful. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Originally posted on www.pavers.co.uk
